What are Feedback Bounties?
Readers respond to active bounties, answering questions posed by the author about that chapter. Each readers’ response is eligible for the Bounty reward, and the winner will earn a Credit! Credits can be spent on cool items in StoryForge, or exchanged for real money.
Bounties only last a couple of days, so check back regularly to see what new ones are available!
Rewards are paid after the bounty ends. The winner will receive a notification that they’ve won, and Credits will be added to their account.
There is no limit to how many credits you can earn this way, so feel free to respond to as many bounties as you like! Just remember that only one winner is selected by the author, so take the time to answer thoughtfully to improve your chances.

You’ll need a free StoryForge account to access the app, where you can browse stories or create your own bounties. This also helps us keep authors’ work safe from automated bots and AI.
Creating an account with StoryForge does not require a credit card or any other payment information. However, if you purchase Credits from our shop, you will need to enter your payment information.
Additionally, if you buy Credits, or exchange them for money (USD or another currency), we’ll ask for your bank information so we can send your money to the right place! If you run into any issues with this process, contact Stripe support.

That’s mostly up to you! However, bounties have a limited number of awards they can give out, so we recommend writing something that will be particularly helpful to the author. Make sure to read the question on their Bounty, and the entire chapter before replying. You can also read our free guide on how to give constructive criticism for some more guidance.
Please note that StoryForge has a firm anti-AI policy. Your responses should come from the heart, not from the bots!

Yes! Stripe will automatically convert any money earned through Credits into your bank account’s currency when you cash out.
