The StoryForge platform is an amazing, supportive, and welcoming community made up of over 4,000 writers and readers all across the world. As we continue to grow, community members have asked how they can get involved. Below you will find ways anyone can show their support!
Story Scouts
The Story Scouts is StoryForge’s very own ambassadors program! As a Scout you’ll foster a culture of collaboration and creativity, contribute to the blog as a guest writer, create social media content, host events, contest, and more! Story Scouts is the place for anyone wanting to help make big change in the literary industry, all while also building a portfolio for themselves as a content creator, writer, or team leader.
The Story Scouts application is open year round with applicants being accepted every 6 months.
Street Team
The street team is made up of our unofficial biggest fans looking for a way to support us offsite without the more in-depth activities included in the Story Scouts. To be a street team member, simply download our printable flyers, posters, and bookmarks. Leave them on your local bulletin boards, Little Free Libraries, local libraries, bookstores, and other awesome places you frequent. Remember to always be respectful of the business or community hub you’re leaving material at and be mindful of ways flyers can become litter in outdoor areas. For a shout out on our social channels, take a picture of your flyer drop off, use #storyforgestreetteam, and tag the business or communities socials so they’re in on the excitement!
