• StoryForge does not accept returns of digital products

• StoryForge will accept returns of defective physical products purchased through the shop at storyforge.com/store

  • Any defective items or items that otherwise need returning that were purchased through Redbubble must go through those channels.

  • Defective items may be exchanged if there is available inventory or a refund may be offered.

  • Only new physical products may be returned.
