The Long Awaited Changelogs!

Hello everyone! Happy (belated) release day! We've been so hard at work this past month that we have not 1, not 2, but 3 changelogs, written by CJ, for you!

Here's the changelog for Build 60! (August 30th):

New Features

  • A pop-up will now appear when finishing a story asking if you liked what you read!

  • There were banners for the Kickstarter!

Bug Fixes

  • BIG performance improvements for manuscripts! If your story previously had a lot of lag, it should be significantly better. Paging has also changed slightly, so if you have stories that rely on the spacing of a page, you may have to go back and edit your story.

  • Fixed a bug when trying to delete Genres and Tags.

  • Fixed a bug where the back button at the top left of the page extended across and blocked buttons from being pressed at the top of the page.

  • Fixed a small typo.

Changes

  • Added an ellipsis to comments that have a lot of information so you know when there's more to read.

  • When submitting a response, you can now see the title and description of an Ask or Poll.

Here's the changelog for Build 61! (September 15th):

New Features

  • There's now a dedicated button that takes you to settings in the profile page!

Bug Fixes

  • Long names will no longer pass outside their containers on circles and story cards.

  • Fixed colors on the buttons for the feedback pop-up to be more consistent.

  • Fixed a bug where the edit button (Pencil) would overlap with the menu button (Ellipsis) on the reading view.

  • Fixed a bug where the back button on the header was in front of the feedback pop-up.

  • Fixed a bug where there was text overlap when trying to release a manuscript.

  • Fixed a grammatical error.

Changes

  • Goodbye Kickstarter banners.

  • Hello support banner!

  • When voting for a response, you can now see the title and description of an Ask or Poll.

  • Changed "Shelves & Favorites" to "My Reading List" to be more consistent with the title of that page.

  • Minor spacing and styling changes.

Here's the changelog for Build 62! (September 25th) :

New Features

  • You can now attach manuscripts to Polls and Asks!

  • If you own multiple badges, you can select which one will be displayed on your profile!

  • You'll now be able to find the terms of service, code of conduct, and privacy policy on the app when pressing the question mark support button in the top right. Previously, this was available on the main site, storyforge.com, but now you can read them within app.storyforge.com!

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug where the daily tasks drop down passed in front of the header.

Changes

  • Stories now have increased spacing between paragraphs and between the lines! Now you won't have to create blank spaces between paragraphs manually. Don't forget to update your stories!

  • You'll now be notified when trying to create a circle with a name that already exists! Previously, you wouldn't be able to see why creating it failed.

  • Updated some scrollbar styling.

  • Minor spacing and styling updates.

  • And finally, something I think many of you have noticed already:

    • Notifications are back! You'll be notified for a number of things, including users requesting to join your circles!

As always, please let us know if you spot any issues with these releases! Thank you so much, Development team!
